looking to buy DeArmond Jet Star with Gold-Tone pick-ups with glued in neck , would prefer a Korean, red finish but will consider any color.

These guitars sound like Firebird's to me, the pickups have more high mids than a regular size Humbucker. They were blown out by MF around 2000 for about $200.Stay away from the Jet Star special not in the same league as the set neck models. I think ebay has on on there now.
