Great work, Panther! I love those Ric-o-Gretch thumbnail fretboard markers.

I agree, I have never seen markers like that before.
It's not an expensive build, but the markers kick it up a bit.

We'll worth the extra cost in my opinion! Really sets it apart.

If you've never built a kit before, I highly recommend it. It gives you a totally different perspective on guitars.

Man, that is a good looking guitar. 'Long had a yearning for a Thinline Tele.

Does the hollowed body make it "less Tele-ish"?

Enjoy!

I still sounds very much Teleish...But it does have it's own qualities, it's slightly lighter, I did upgrade the electronics to match closely the original Thinline Telecaster.

One of my favorite personal guitars. Even more so since I made it myself. Very rewarding experience. I also restore vintage wooden radios, and could never quite get the piano gloss finish that others have. I worked hard to perfect my skill at the finish and have it down very well now. The key is patience, and do not cut corners in material or application of them, or the procedure to wet-sand and polish the finish.
