I've set the parameters to allow users to choose their own board style preference. Go to your profile, then go to 'board preferences on the left side column, next go to 'my board style' drop down menu and select one of the four available styles that you wish to use and hit the submit button. You can change to any style any time. Hopefully someday in the future we will have a more professional looking board style but for now we have these generic ones.

Let me know if you want to keep this feature, otherwise I can drop it.

For convenience sake, I personally like the 'mos_subsilver2' because I can quickly push the cursor to the virtually any place on the top header bar and click to return to the forum main page. The 'prosilver' isn't bad but the 'new topic' icons aren't very visible. The 'AeroBlack' is kinda neat but it needs a brightly colored Mosrite guitar across the header to liven it up.

yep, that's the same one I selected.

I'm not choosy on this. I'm game whatever gets chosen but would like to see option "View active topics" back in full action once more

It's not working correctly for me either. I have to click on "View new posts" to see the most recent activity. For some reason clicking on "View active topics" changed a few days ago and you don't see all of the threads that are being posted to.

It's not working for me either. I'm just getting a handful of posts that are several days old. Even in "New Posts" I'm not getting much. I have a feeling a lot of things are getting missed. I saw this earlier and waited to reply but it was gone and hour or so later, had to go searching for it.

OK, I see what you mean. I never use that feature so I didn't realize how it suppose to work. I'll have to wait until I can get with Duane to try and figure out what's wrong. We upgraded the phpbb program on Saturday and apparently lost some features. What a PIA this upgrade has become. We've also lost email capabilities and I'm not sure new members can join the forum. We'll get it figured out (hopefully sooner than later).

What a relief! I thought it was something I had done on this side with my 'puter, and was going to keep my mouth shut until I could find the problem .
