We are supposed to get 16 inches up here in Connecticut, just finished shoveling the first wave out of the drive way, and I am now sitting down enjoying a nice cup of hot chocolate.

we got snow here but nothing I can't handle. It's amazing what 3-1/2 years living in Ottawa Canada will do to a guy.

Well on our way here in Boston. I'm furloughed until the 3rd but I'm sure I've got my work cut out for me tomorrow. We're on the ambulance route to the hospital which on one hand is a good thing but on the other it means the plows will be keeping me up all night. Now for the good news, the house is full of guitars, beer, food, and one darn adorable cat. I've got all week to shovel, aaaah, it can wait, right?

Just blue skies and sunshine in Sydney I'm afraid, although in the north of the country they're getting pelted with torrential rain and floods.

Europe has had it's fair share of precipitation of the flaky kind
...and I'm glad I stayed away from airports and railways.
Taking out Dino for walks posed only minor problems...

The backyard as seen from the kitchen window, a couple days ago. Most of the snow has either blown or melted away now.
We had a hard time adjusting to the cold weather though, everytime my girlfriend went to get us a couple beers from the shed it got tougher and tougher, till she just coldn't get in the door anymore
