Anyone else having problems with pictures?

I've been trying to post some pictures of a guitar for sale, and it keeps telling me it's too big no matter how small I make it.

yeah i had this a while ago with picasa links.brought it to the powers that be and they added that extra button there 'altIMG'
use that one and it should work fine?
