Fantastic work. I'm not sure if you mentioned this before but how much does it weigh?

Complete as shown it weighs right at 10 lbs. But of course I have heavy string on it... :mrgreen:
Average weight for solid body duel pick up guitars is 7 to 11 lbs.

I wired it up today and it plays very nicely. I have one concern that may be the conducive of a P-90 pickup.
If I turn the volume up full, and touch anything I get a buzz, also if I turn the volume down all the way, I get a buzz.. Anywhere in the middle it's fine ?
Any ideas, everything is properly grounded including all pots, bridge, pick ups etc.

I've never experienced that with P-90 pups. My guess would be #1, an improper ground, or #2, wiring of the pots.

Danny;
This is my first use of P-90 pickups, so I was not certain if this was a normal situation, as it has never happened before now. I'm sure it's a grounding problem, as The wiring is not new to me. What is weird to me is it only occurs at minimum volume, or maximum volume, two spots that I rarely use anyhow.

I had two wires crossed. It sounds great with one little problem. The tone control goes full on at about 1/4 turn. Then doesn't change from there. Is this a bad pot, or maybe something else ? It appears to get the full range of tone.

If it's a linear taper pot you might want to use an audio taper pot instead.

These are temporary pots, I've got 3 sets of NOS 500K 1953 Western Electric, cts pots on the way. Hopefully that is the problem and will take care of it. Thanks.
