Nokie jams with the boys

Postby olrocknroller » Thu Dec 15, 2011 3:55 pm

Well, died and gone to guitar-heaven again. My friend invited me over for a jam at his place, this Tuesday for Judy Edward's birthday, and Nokie joined us, doing his magic again! I played until my fingers wanted to fall off! Talk about playing WAY over one's game

Awesome. Man, I just love the way that matching 'steel chair' goes so well with the Pedal Steel 8-)
I think this is one of those events Nokie really enjoys doing :)

I
Care to bet that the pedal steel folds up and gets stored inside the chair as a carry case? Just guessing....

Actually, Larry had just finished that seat, and this was the first outing for it...it holds all his cables and accessories; the steel comes set up and ready to play. The storage seat is a professional-quality build, he has to be a meticulous workman! Also check out the Jazz-Cat amps!

What a great experience to be able to sit down with a true "Guitar Hero" and play (and learn)! Gotta be a highlight for you.
