"Up for sale today is this awesome one of a kind 1961 Mosrite! This was hand made by Semie Moseley in Bakersfield a few years before Mosrite really took off with the Ventures model. It’s a short scale guitar and I believe it has a very old refinish. It’s super cool! Old time Mosrite fans might know it because it was hanging in a pawn shop in Bakersfield for like 30 years. This one is a true piece of Mosrite history and I’m sorry to have to let it go.

I've been watching this one for some time but can't convince myself to pull the trigger due to the refin and the high price tag. The case that comes with it says "Porky & The Beans". That band (I'm assuming) was from Olympia, WA during the 70's, if this is the correct band that is. I can't find any pictures of them though with this guitar.

It'd be nice to get this guitar back to its original finish though, which was most likely the classic Semie burst.
