Hallmark USA 65 Custom Prototype

Postby Bob Shade » Sun Jun 24, 2012 11:23 am

Hello friends,

I have been working hard on a new offerring called the "65 Custom". Unlike our 60 Custom, this models features a bolt on neck, clear finish over the maple neck, and no body binding. The rest is much like our 60 Custom with our die cast Hallmark tremolo and roller bridge and our true Hi Fidelity pickups.

This is the prototype that we hand built here in our USA custom shop.

Your thoughts are welcome!

Best reverbs, Bob Shade

I'd like to shake the hand of the person who did that  G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S  sunburst finish. Absolutely stunning. Personally, I would opt for a matching sunburst headstock but otherwise I give it five stars, Bob, a real winner 8-)

Yes! So much yes! This is perfect, I prefer the natural neck and bolt-neck; this is an answer to my Mosrite affliction (for now). Will these become production run models?

That's a great-looking guitar, Bob Old Bean.

Wow!! Looks really great, wouldn't mind adding one to my collection at some point (and this is coming from a guy who is typically all about body binding, set necks and matching headstocks). ;)

I love it but is it just me or does the headstock look a little big?
