Hey Bob, just my 2 cents and something to maybe consider. I personally do not like overprinted shirts with lots of geetarz 'n' crazy stuff on 'em.
I like them clean and simple - High quality and simple lookin'. If it has to have a backprint, then something small like 'by Shade' in the neck for example. I'm not in my 20ies anymore (like most of your customers, I assume) and this ain't the 90ies ;-)
Heck, I'd even prefer a solid shirt with an small embroidered logo...just my 2 cents.

Yes, this^^^^^^^^

I personally don't like busy shirts either. I'd be perfectly fine with just the Hallmark name and logo on the front.

It's homemade. A friend of mine made this for my birthday last year.
I think the colors match perfectly. Light blue and dark grey.

I agree. I wouldn't get any busier than my design. I hate those shirts with " so many choices" with like 20 guitars on the back.
I am one year away from 30, and I think I am probably the youngest Hallmark enthusiast. Most people my age don't know who the Ventures are and listen to anything but punk and surf. They are blowing there money on other things and can't afford such high quality guitars. This is probably why I supply my band with all the gear and have had 12 members in and out in 5 years!
Also Bob, if you need a shirt hookup I got a few. Don't pay more than 7 bucks a shirt. And that's double sided.

Haha! Not at the moment, it's usually bass players.
The front logo wouldn't be as big of course. ;)
My art guy made the Hallmark logo like this for our new CD. I really like the outlined look. I decided to use a the font I used for my Headstock to give it some fun!

Back to supplying gear: I am about 20k in the hole. 5k in guitars, 5k in amps, 5k in drums, 5k in a van, oh and a few for recording gear!
