I'm a crappy guitarist that owns a Mark V and a Serenade. I joined so I can lurk and perform searches as I have GAS and want to add to my Mosrite collection. Feel free to feed my addiction

Re: Hello!
Here are pictures of my 2 Mosrites of which I both bought on Ebay. I live in an apartment, so I rarely play electric (it just isn't the same when using headphones). I bought the Mark V first, probably around 3-4 years ago. I played casually in college but my senior year had to sell all my guitar gear to pay bills and while it was all crap, it meant I had nothing to play on. I had always wanted a Mark V since the first time I first saw one on the internet, so when I graduated and got a job the first thing I saved up to buy was this guitar. I didn't even have an amp to play it on when I originally bought it. I've picked up a couple of other electrics since then, but when I do play electric using headphones, I always play the Mosrite.
The acoustic I bought around a year ago on a whim thinking I was going to turn it into my acoustic player and use it when I started playing open mics. I really like old and unique guitars and wanted a rare bird to "gig" with and this seemed to fit the bill. That said, I never got the guts to play open mic, so I haven't even taken the acoustic to get set up at all. You guys probably will want to shoot me, but you read that correctly. It has literally just hung on the wall since I bought it. My everyday guitar is a Korean made "Carlos" brand acoustic.
I don't quite know what I'm looking for in my next Mosrite purchase. There are 2-3 that I know I would like to own, but don't know what order to go in (if I am financially capable, I hope to own about 5 total before I die). I like the looks of the Maphis and the original Ventures/Mark 1 sunburst models that have the painted neck. What caught my eye 2 days ago was the Avenger model on Ebay. I just bought Rocksmith (yes, I'm a geek) and would love to have a Mosrite electric guitar that could be an everyday player. I really baby my Mark V and it would be nice to have something I can mark the fretboard on, drink over, and in general not have to worry about screwing up a little bit.
Probably more than any of you wanted to read, but now you have a true introduction
