I've been playing for 40+ years and have own a Few Mosrite's but don't presently. The Hallmark 59/60 interested me and I came here. Thanks John.

A early one no Ventures on the headstock In aqua and a Maphis 6/12 doubleneck in sunburst.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you had some nice Mosrites. I bet you'll be pleased with the Hallmarks.

Right now, here in the USA, you have two choices in "Mosrite". Artie at Front Porch has several models from Fillmore in Japan, with vintage correct style necks. And, there is the Hallmark 60 custom, a modern take on the Ventures/Mark 1 model. Check around the forum and you will see accolades for both, so it's not really a quality issue, but a player's preference.
You had an original Ventures model in aqua? Was that a metallic finish?
