Just Arrived

Hi,
I'm a new member from Northern California who has been a Mosrite admirer since first seeing them pictured on the early Ventures album covers. (Yeah, that makes me an old dude). I was a kid in high school when "Walk Don't Run" first hit the radio and led me to becoming a life long fan of The Ventures. Not an unusual story, I'm sure.
I'd like to say that I'm currently a Mosrite owner but that still remains a dream. However, I have finally gotten pretty close. I am a recent owner of a Pearl White Hallmark Custom 60 that I truly love. I own other guitars as well, but none of them ever made that longing for a Mosrite or "Mosrite-like" guitar go away.
I will undoubtably have a question or two from time to time about my HM60 and hope to draw from the vast knowledge of those of you who have first hand experience with Mosrites and Mosrite clones. Before buying my Custom 60, I did extensive research here as well as anywhere else that I could find info. I have read the Hallmark Owners forum here from front to back and it was invaluable in helping me make the final decision to get my Custom 60. I don't know why I waited so long.
I'm looking forward to hanging around here.
