Hello from North Texas

Hello! I'm looking forward to learning more about these guitars. I have an old guitar that was passed down from my grandfather. It was given to him by his cousin, Ralph Joseph Hall the 2nd (aka Joe Hall though my grandpa called him Jody). My family is from Bakersfield and I was told this guitar was made sometime in the late 50's or early 60's when he worked with Mr. Mosley in Oildale, CA. The guitar was in storage and forgotten about until a couple of years ago when my grandmother passed, my grandfather was sick and wanted me to have the guitar because I was learning to play. I don't know much about it, it has never been worked on or had any parts replaced besides the strings though.
I'm hoping someone with more knowledge can tell me more about it. Anyway I'm happy to be here! Thank you.
