No, the purple one is what Semie called "The Nokie" model. If you look close at my right arm, you will see the carve stops there, and it is flat! then picks up again at the butt of the guitar! Kinda cool looking.

I've even seen japanese reissues of the nokie model like this, but I think there has been different versions of the nokie model as well. hopefully someone on this forum can enlighten the rest of us on the topic.
