Fantastic! Would the Gospel Victory III model be considered the Gospel "Slab Body" model? ;)

I want to know who's going to do the reissue of his cane! Very nice woodwork. And the guitars are cool, too.

The Victory II would be considered closer to that of the Ventures/MARK I Model
being that it has the German Carve. The Victory III would be your Slab Body.... ;)

This is really awesome. I never knew there was such a thing as the victory model. I really like the Victory III, it's pretty darn close to the original slab body version of the ventures II except with a slanted pickup. This forum never fails to educate everyday :D

ps.....waiting for a witty comment from Dennis any second now....

Really interesting! A few observations - the pickguards on these are "swoopy" and don't follow the neck pickup outline. I wonder if this was a Gospel brand differentiator vs. Mosrite brand. The only other place I've seen these guards is on the Canada partsrites. Also, interesting that all models are advertised as being available with one, two or three pickups. I wonder if any one pickup models were made. Also, interesting that the slab body III model has an unbound neck with the truss adjustment at the headstock and the others have bound necks with truss rod at the heel. Finally, I wonder why the I and III have solid pickup covers and the II has exposed poles.
