Thanks all! Meshugga Beach Party would of course fit right in, Mel.

And I thought the Tremolux would be a nice backdrop! Very stylish look El Twang--a real cool compliment to Ed's guitar if you ask me.

Strat - in many ways this is your typical Mosrite '65 Mark I. Then again this machine has more treble, coolest trem bar and a smaller body. Soundwise a little SG/Jazzmaster'ish touch to it at times (for instance paired with fuzz pedals). VERY versatile and the pups drive pre-amps very differently which gives a lot of options playing through different amps. I saw some of the Japanese Mosrite Classic at the show and Elliott guitars are in a whole other league in all aspects - they should also be mind you.
To be honest Ed's biggest challenge is to get people to realize that there's still a guy around that can do the genuine Semie guitar building thing. But with another name than Mosrite on the head stock many people will shy away even before they try. I sincerely hope this thread will motivate people to check some of Ed's stuff out because it's high quality musical stuff!!!

Lars,
You guys (and lady) put on a very entertaining show, with good original material! Also, from the feedback I'm seeing after Surfer Joe Fest, you won over lots of new fans. Congrats on the results of lots of hard work and talent.
BTW. I could hear the RS very well on certain songs, and it has the Mosrite tone for sure.

Cheers Strat! Yes, without doubt a cool festival to remember. I'd really like to try the RS through a vintage Bassman or Vibrolux. Through my Carr Rambler is sounds VERY nice!

I've got some sound samples of the RS Legend played by a couple of guys who favor slide. It's recorded through my Swart Space Tone Reverb. Will post the links as I get those uploaded.
