Surprised no one on the Forum caught this or reported it.

United States Patent & Trademark Office Registration 4,159,605, Registered on June 19, 2012 to Fillmore.

"Mosrite"

Saw this on another forum, and was surprised at the positive response. Comments like "Look at what the Japenese manufacturing has done for Gretsch." and " I've always wanted a Mosrite, now I might get one!" Stuff along those lines. Someone mentioned Front Porch Music as a source. Hope the phone starts ringing for Artie.
Anyway, thought everone here might find this of interest.

This is a USA registry. Anybody have any ideas how this will fall with the lawsuits in Japan?
