Hi everyone,
I've seen few days ago a fillmore mosrite.
I.m wondering the value of this beauty...
"Mosrite of classics" and "the venture" on headstock
made in japan inscription at the bottom of the neck
Serial : V1 1074 inscription on the neck.
No "mosrite of california" inscription on pickups but screw apparent.
Any information are welcome
Thanks

Re: Fillmore mosrite serial
A friend of mine has a Fillmore "Mosrite of Classics" bolt-on neck model. It's very nice, plays well (the neck is just a bit bigger than a vintage Mosrite), and sounds good. I have a Hallmark 60 Custom that I like better--the Hallmark's neck is a little wider than the Fillmore's--but there's certainly nothing wrong with the Fillmore. Value I'm not sure about--he bought the Fillmore at a NAMM Show about twelve years ago, and I seem to recall that he paid something like $1300US for it. The Hallmark was somewhat less than that.
