Check the neck plate - if it has the 'teardrop' at the bottom, it is an early Fillmore/Firstman, which I believe evolved into the KuroKumo brand ...
Dennis

Dennis, Fillmore and Kurokumo are different companies. Fillmore, who actually owned the legal rights to Mosrite until recently, are based in Mitaka, Tokyo. Kurokumo are based in Nagano Prefecture in the mountains. When I met the owners of Fillmore they considered Kurokumo unworthy rivals as they were the only true and real Mosrite makers in Japan! It was kinds a funny seeing they are also Mosrite cloners, but for the sake of social propriety I didn't point that out to them.

Congrats! Being infected by the Mosrite virus is a dangerous condition, the incubation can be 30 years long, but when the symptoms burst out, you're doomed :D
