Were there ever 12 String Bluesbenders?

Postby 101Volts » Mon Apr 13, 2009 6:34 pm

After looking at a few Bluesbender photos I started wondering if there ever were any 12 String Bluesbenders. Also maybe you could tell me more about the instrument? I didn't find much in searches but maybe it only searched one forum...

To the best of my knowledge, with the exception of a Maphis doubleneck here and there, I feel the 12-string Mosrite was a phenomenon of the '60s (which would make sense considering the 12-string boom was a phenomenon of the '60s). I've never seen a Bluesbender bass either, but I'd sure like to.
