OK, these posts are starting to become a little too confusing.
Mosritetexas, are you posting your own words or are copying and pasting someone else's transcription? Please keep these posts in the 'first' person or else put the statements in quotes and identify the quoted person.
Now in regards to this statement,
"Mosrite guitars are priced the same as other USA quality guitars like Gibson, PRS Fender." let's keep the record straight and not mislead folks. The Mosrite guitars that Dana is assembling here in Bakersfield are
not made in the USA. They are made in Japan by Fillmore on CNC machinery. Fillmore may own the Mosrite name but unless there has been a change within the last month, they are still made and finished in Japan, then sent to Dana for final assembly. To me, that is still made in Japan and not on the same scale as an American made Fender, Gibson, PRS etc.
"Dana's idea of success is that her Dads Mosrite name live on." And that is the main purpose of this Mosrite forum as stated in the first topic on the Introduction section.
