I was just looking through Guitar Center's used section and came across this.

A rather unusual piece. Is it real? I've never seen a lefty Mark XII before.

I didn't notice that it was sold, Then again I wasn't really interested in buying it. THanks for confirming it.

The natural finish has an immaculate appearance; it makes me wonder if it's a refin (admittedly very beautifully done) and the original colour perhaps having been pearl white with the commonly associated t.s. pickguard and black headstock :?
