Ah, finally you emerge
I've seen your pictures before when randomly looking for some pictures of the Hallmark 60 Custom

Re: Aloha
It's funny. Of all the hundreds of pictures I have up on Flickr, the photos that consistently draw traffic are my Hallmark 60 Custom pics and a series of photos I took of objects my mom's kindergarten classroom (old records, stuffed animals, desks, etc.). I figure the common thread that draws people is retro nostalgia--though in very different forms.

The Green Slime!
I have an original one sheet of that movie poster hanging in my office at work. It's quite the conversation piece.
Another example of retro-nostalgia

Hey Mel,
I had to leave the Forbidden Island show halfway through, so I missed you guys. Man, the place was packed! I was thrilled to see Meshugga Beach Party on the Forbidden Island 4th of July float this year, though.
Mazel tov!

Well, you can catch us at South Shore (aka Towne Centre) on Thursday Aug 19 from 5:30 until 7:30, then on Sept 9 we're back at Forbidden Island for a full evening of surfin' shtick!

Re: Aloha
Welcome from one Don to another, this one from the east coast. I did see your spread on flicker a couple of days ago and your comments really brought back great memories. My C60 is also a sunburst, and I did feel the same wave of delight when I first opened the case. I wasn't even expecting the alligator case, and then when I opened it, WOW!!!. As I have mentiond before, when the Fed-Ex guy delivered that box, I told him that I had been waiting 40 years for this guitar. He said he would do better next time. (LOL).
