Re: New Rare Mosrite
Congratulations and thanks for nice evening porn)) Great guitar!!
I also own one MIJ with maple board, so I want to ask you - how does it feel for you to play on maple? I think it's great - so hard and twangy!!

Re: New Rare Mosrite
MikeWilson-- I like the feel of the Maple board. I find that I can bend the strings a little easier than the rosewood board because the wood is actually smoother. I've found this to be great for blues if you roll the tone back to take some of the treble off and with just a bare touch of overdrive through the pedal it makes a great blues machine. Question for you my friend. Could you post a picture of your Mosrite with the maple fretboard? I'm really interested in seeing others that are out there.

No worries, friend - it wasn't a problem to give a link

Re: New Rare Mosrite
Very awesome guitar! Love the strap. My blue Fillmore came w/ one of them too. It was too short for my taste, so I sold it.
Anywho, what does it say under Mosrite on the head stock? I'm just curious. "Of U.S.A.", "Ranger", or maybe something else.

Re: New Rare Mosrite
GTSP-Sorry for not getting back to you. Under Mosrite it says "of California". Yeah the strap is cool, however, I don't use the Mosrite strap. Instead, I use a tooled leather strap from El Dorado company.
