i don't let this fall down but i have been busy this week end *
i would like made a model of the in wood ,and i haven't the time ; to see if all working ,i have recept new mesurement and i think i have all ,but it is less easy than i haven't think cause there is lot of angle in fact on the base plate (i understand why it is sandcast )
*i have to try this cause it is more than year i want to hear it

but in fact i have time i am not in hurry and i progress very much on inkscape ,not a bad thing indeed cause i have to make the template too

recept the tuner ,i wait my bridge
i have the fretboard,the fret ,the body ,the truss rod ,the pickguard blanck
rest to make my trem (i have all the mesurement i need i think just to finish the all plan in inskape and machined it)
and make the plan for the all guitar in inskape too (it will be long cause i am a beguinners with)

i have find this pdf for a mosrite is it the same size than the one i want ? (with the slanted pick up)

The answer to this question is no. That pdf was made by none other than forum member Bushers, he used his Mosrite MK5 to create it. I have a set of templates of a MK1 (style pictured above) I maybe able to trace and send to you.

and my first blank is too short hopfully i have another who need to be cut in half and to be glued
i traced a neck from that and with the body if put the scale 6mm longer to have 24 3/4 and not 24,5 i have the room for 22 fret like the mosrite i want ;the tracing is just a little different less than 5 %


i ask a friend to make it for me (but he haven't the time to do the all plan )

need a blank of 35 mm of mapple ,mine is 55 mm for one time i have more
hopfully i have an another blank of basswood cause the older is too short in lenght

thanks there some mystery about mosrite but i can't see one in real
i have elonguate the scale lenght but i think i must elonguate a little the neck too the 22 fret seems to be too close to the neck pups

Your plans look great. The clones I build are 25" scale and I wouldn't recommend changing anything except compensate for extra length by adjusting the bridge location as necessary.

i have think after of the space of the 22 fret and the pups just need a little correction
more over i will do my own neck then i will put 42 mm at the nut (i will made my roller string guide then i can choose what i want),i am waiting my bridge to draw the trapeze of the strings to see if i haven't the string out of the fretboard
just a thing make me thinking yesterday where the roller guide is located on the fretboard or already on the beguin of the head ?
i will have to look more pics the mosrite the more near is at 250 km i see there is one in Paris
with the plan in pdf i am not too far just to ajust some details
but it is good challenge to do even if they seems to be simple Mosrite are sophisticated
